Mr. Boykin and Ms. Azevedo will take students on a kayaking excursion to provide equitable access for YHS students. Students shall learn to navigate the physical demands of kayaking, basic water safety including life jacket use, and the ecological exploration of the natural habitat located at McSwain Lake in Merced County, which serves as a water source for Merced County.
