employee absence reporting system
We are excited to inform you that Merced Union High School District will be moving from Subfinder to Aesop by Frontline Technologies beginning July 1, 2016. This new system will greatly simplify and streamline the process of recording and managing absences and finding substitutes. The system will be available to employees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All employees are required to report any and all absences through our automated system.
To begin reporting absences after July 1, 2016, click on the Login button below. Your ID and Password have been sent to your District email. Should you experience difficulty using the system, please contact the Campus Administrative Assistant at your site, Paula Pemberton at email@example.com (209-325-2002), or Michelle Ryan at firstname.lastname@example.org (209-325-2003).
To call and report absences dial 1-800-942-3767. Your ID# is your contact number on file. PIN will be the 4 or 5-digit number on file with MUHSD.
