NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Merced Union High School District (hereinafter called DISTRICT) located at 3430 A Street Atwater, Merced County, State of California, 95301 acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive sealed bids for the award of contract(s) for RFB-2019-01 THREE NEW 2020 or newer Half-Ton 4x2 Truck with 8’ Bed.
Request for Bids Deadline: 10:00 am on the 7th day of February 2020
Place of Bid Receipt and Opening: Merced Union High School District: 2130 Spacecraft Drive, Atwater, California 95301.
Bid Identification Name: RFB-2019-01 THREE NEW 2020 or newer Half-Ton 4x2 Truck with 8’ Bed
All bids shall be made on form(s) furnished by the DISTRICT. Bids must be received in the District office at 10:00AM on February 7, 2020. Bid must conform with and be responsive to the bid documents, copies of which are on file and may be obtained from the office of the Purchasing Department. Please contact Jason Perez, Purchasing – Warehouse Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a copy of the bid packet and for the submission of all Requests for Information (RFI’s).
DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any and all bid response or to waive irregularities in any bid response.
