How to Hard Reset Your Mifi 

  1. Locate the Power button below the Verizon logo.

  2. Power the device off.
    Note Press and hold the Power button until "Goodbye" appears on the display then release.

  3. Remove the battery cover.

 Note Utilizing the provided notch, carefully lift then detach the battery cover.

  1. Remove then re-insert the battery.

  2. Put the battery cover back on.

  3. Power the device on.
    Note Press and hold the Power button until "Ellipsis Jetpack" appears on the display then release.
