AB 104 Notice & Grade Change Application

A component of AB 104 (new Education Code section §49066.5) is the ability of parents/guardians and adult students to request that high school grades earned during the 20-21 school year be changed from a letter grade to Pass or No Pass. Parents of students shall complete the form below to request a grade change for the 2020–21 school year. Fill in all fields, sign the form, and submit to your child's school.

AB 104: Grade Change Application for the 2020-2021 School Year

AB 104 Information:

A component of AB 104 (new Education Code section §49066.5) is the ability of parents/guardians and adult students to request that high school grades earned during the 20-21 school year be changed from a letter grade to Pass or No Pass.

MUHSD 2021-2022 Online Enrollment & Educational Options

MUHSD Educational Options for the 2021-2022 School Year:

Each parent of a student enrolled in the MUHSD has the right to request a Pupil-Parent-Educator Conference to discuss enrollment in one of the educational options listed below (Comprehensive, Community Day, Alternative Education,  Independent Studies or Home and Hospital). Parents wishing to enroll their students in a different educational option should contact their school of residence.  For more information read the following document:
