Communication Guidelines for Parents & Guardians

Where do I Start?

1. Start with the School Site

If you have a question regarding your child, contact the Campus Administrative Assistant or School Secretary at your school. They will help you connect with the appropriate staff member. If you still need clarification after this conversation, move to Step 2.

2. Associate Principal

Your next point of contact is the school’s Associate Principal. The Campus Administrative Assistant can direct you to the Associate Principal who oversees your specific area of concern. If the matter remains unresolved, proceed to Step 3.

3. Principal

At this stage, contact your school’s Principal. Call or email the Campus Administrative Assistant to schedule a time to meet with the Principal. If your concern is not resolved, move to Step 4.

4. District Office Administrator

If additional support is needed, reach out to the Executive Assistant in the Superintendent’s Office by phone or email. After speaking to the school’s Principal, they will connect you with the appropriate District Office Administrator. To assist in resolving your concern, please have the names of the staff you’ve spoken with and the dates of your conversations. If the issue persists, move to Step 5.

5. Deputy Superintendent/Superintendent

For further assistance, the Executive Assistant in the Superintendent’s Office can help you arrange a time to meet or speak with the Deputy Superintendent/Superintendent.
